Our client, a mid-size public transportation company, had very clear ideas. We joined them on the thrilling ride of innovation towards the Smart City model!
We created a cloud-based, unified control panel allowing the company to manage, from one single tool, all the services provided to the users and the data generated by them. These services include sales of tickets and subscriptions, parking and real-time information.
Thanks to the new data organization, services are now omnichannel: users can access them also from their computers or smartphones.
Our client reduced operating costs and reduced investments on hardware. Besides costs, company’s image has also been effected positively: customers’ satisfaction is high and the company received the Best Tech award for the best technological innovation in public transport.
